Chibi Tobi

okay well i drew a chibi tobi xD and tobi is cute as always yayyyyy lol this is the first actual drawing on paper i've submitted but i had help from sum video forgot wat it was anyway so it's uncolored just shaded.. but i think i might just trace it and everything on paint then color it to see wat it looks like then submit that too if it's good .... sooooo thats it i guess lol
